  The Inspiration Behind Norkita White’s Entrepreneurial Dream I bought a necklace for $45. When I received it, I looked at it and told my husband that I could have made it. I then decided to start making jewelry. It started out as a hobby. I posted pictures of my work on my social media pages, and someone from my church saw them and asked me to be a vendor at an upcoming event. My business took off from there. I love beading! I can look at beads and see the finished product. I dream about designs and wake up and either jot them down or I'll get up and make them.   How Schericka Gee was motivated to create her brand, HustleChick: I was inspired to create the brand HustleChick after having such a great response to the Facebook page that I created called The Hustlers-N-Heels Society. The HIHS is a platform that I established for women to empower one another while building lasting friendships. I wanted to see more of a presence of businesses that have a meaning behind them and that serve a greater purpose that just the almighty dollar. I decided to change the name to HustleChick. First and foremost, HustleChick is a precise description of me. It’s what all women can truly call ourselves. I want the HustleChick brand to appeal to every woman. My overall goal is to create a brand that everyone can rock, from grandma to the kids! Under the brand, there will be different versions of the HustleChick tee.
